How do we do it ?

Using a breakthrough precision fermentation process, we produce non-animal-based proteins like casein, an essential milk protein. This innovative approach ensures the preservation of the nutritional, functional, and taste qualities of animal proteins, with a significantly lower environmental impact.

In fact, our method emits up to 10 times less CO2 than traditional methods. Alongside this environmental advantage, our patented casein retains all the properties that industries and consumers expect: taste, texture, functional properties and nutritional quality.
